Record Keeping, Recording & Data Collection

Course Overview

This course identifies ways to avoid litigation by explaining FERPA & HIPAA regulations. In addition, your district/school’s Intervention & Referral Services (I&RS) and Child Study Team (CST) members will benefit from reviewing what it means to triangulate data through your student information system to make data-based decisions and create appropriate student goals.

Use of the workbook and/or guided notes is strongly encouraged.
